For YOU, and for the SEA, please read carefully:

I hereby declare that I have been informed by the Red Sea Marine diving center, about the risks related to snorkeling activities.

I also declare:

• That my current physical condition doesn’t prevent me from participating to the snorkeling activities;

• That at the current moment I have no flu symptoms, nose congestion or internal ear infection;

• That I have never had:

  • illness like epilepsy, vertigo or fainting;

  • illnesses like heart diseases including heart attack, heart or chest angina, high blood pressure, or blood circulation problems;

  • illnesses/diseases of the respiratory system, emphysema or tuberculosis;

• That I don’t use medicines or substances of any type that can affect or change my mental capabilities;

• I was informed and I assume that the snorkeling activity demands physical effort;

• I declare that in case of any damages or injuries (heart attack, panic, hyperventilation) or illness, caused by or derived from this experience, I'm the sole responsible;

• Neither the Snorkel Guide nor the Dive Center (Red Sea Marine) are responsible in case of any injury or damages that may happen to me or to my family orperson in my charge, derived or caused by my participation in this experience or as a result of neglecting any part, passive or active including the exempted parties mentioned above;

• By signing this document, I take full responsibility for all the risks, either expected or non expected, related to this experience.

Cancellation policy

• Be sure that you will inform us till 13.00 pm, one day before the trip and we will fully refund your booking;

• For the cancellations received after 13.00 pm, will be refunded 50% from the total booking amount;

• For cancellations or not showing up in the snorkeling trip day, will be no refund available;

• In case of any serious health problems proved with local medical reports, will refund you the total amount of the booking.

General Information:

• If you have ever had at least one of the diseases or illnesses mentioned in the first part of this declaration, kindly inform the diving center before finishing the check in;

• Please don’t forget to take that special beach towel with you and the passport as well.
